1. Reporting Health Check

$950 founding price, fixed

We connect to your reporting estate and scan it end to end: what's broken, what's stale, which numbers can't be trusted, and what each fix is worth in hours. You get a plain-English written report in 7–10 days, with a prioritized fix list and a fixed quote for the build. The $950 credits in full toward Step 2 if you proceed within 30 days.

2. Build Sprint

Fixed quote typically $3,500–$7,500

The plumbing (your numbers flow in automatically instead of being copied by hand), the checker (totals validated and weird numbers flagged before the boss sees them), and the reports themselves — built, scheduled, and documented so the system never depends on one person again.

3. Care Retainer

$2,000/month · founding rate, locked 12 months

We keep the machine running and right: reports monitored, small fixes included, questions answered by email within one business day, up to two small ad-hoc data pulls a month, and one short monthly review call. Anything bigger is quoted before it's done.

What the retainer is not — in writing, on purpose

Not on call. No phone coverage, no same-hour emergencies in the base rate. A rush rate exists if you ever truly need one.
Not a second job for you to manage. One short monthly check-in; the reports arrive whether you think about them or not.
Not a hostage arrangement. Your data and dashboards live in your environment, in your accounts. We work in your Tableau / Power BI seats, so your data never leaves your house.

Health Check. We set up access in your systems together, the written report lands in 7–10 days from access, and we walk it on a readout call. The build quote inside it is fixed.
Build Sprint. The fixed quote is agreed before work starts, and the build happens in your environment — you can watch it take shape in your own Tableau or Power BI.
Care Retainer. Reports monitored, the weekly brief lands every Monday, one short review call a month, questions answered by email within one business day.

Your data, handled carefully

A named login, never shared credentials. MJR works under its own account in your systems, with MFA wherever your setup supports it.
Read-only wherever the work allows. Audits don't need write access, so we don't ask for it.
Nothing copied to our systems. Dashboards, documentation, and data are built inside your accounts and stay there.
Access ends when the engagement does. Remove the seat yourself at any time — it's your house.
NDA available on request before any access is granted.

Questions

Does our data have to leave our systems?

No. Work happens inside your environment and your accounts. You give MJR a seat in your Tableau or Power BI, the same way you would a part-time analyst.

How fast is the Health Check?

The written report lands in 7–10 days from access. It's a scan of everything, not a sample.

Can we stop after the audit?

Yes. The Health Check stands alone — you'll know exactly what's broken and what it would cost to fix, whoever fixes it.
